Gana partnered with Nizona Marine Products to redefine the brand for a new phase of growth. The project involved strategic brand positioning, a complete visual identity redesign and the design and development of a new website on Framer. Our aim was to move the brand away from generic sustainability tropes and position NMP as a leader in marine upcycled materials. The result is a confident identity and digital platform that reflects both the science and optimism behind their work.

Sustainability brands in this category often rely on predictable visual language, dominated by green palettes and conservative design systems. Instead, we developed an identity that reflects the energy and forward momentum of NMP’s work. The system captures the optimism of marine upcycling while positioning the company as a serious materials innovator.

The project reinforced the importance of clear positioning in complex and emerging industries. By grounding the identity in strategic research, we were able to move beyond surface-level sustainability cues and build a brand that communicates both credibility and progress. Strong branding allows technical companies to express ambition, not just function.
