Gana partnered with Collagen White Label to define a distinct identity for a new kind of nutraceutical formulation company. The project included brand positioning, visual identity development and website design. Our goal was to reflect the scientific credibility of CWL while introducing a more progressive and modular brand system suited to a modern B2B ingredient company. The result is an identity that positions CWL as an innovative partner for brands developing next-generation collagen products.

At the centre of the identity is a logo that merges the structure of a collagen molecule with the microscopic texture of human skin. The modular mark functions both as a primary logo and as an expandable icon system to introduce future products. This approach allows the brand to evolve as CWL’s patented product portfolio grows.

The project demonstrated how thoughtful branding can elevate technical B2B companies beyond conventional industry aesthetics. Collagen White Label operates within the rapidly expanding nutraceutical formulation sector. Unlike traditional private label manufacturers, CWL develops and patents its own collagen-based formulations which partner brands can launch under their own label. This approach introduces a more research-driven model to an industry that often relies on generic manufacturing services.

Our role was to build an identity that reflects this shift. The visual system draws directly from the science of collagen itself, combining molecular structure and microscopic skin patterns into a distinctive mark. This modular logo structure allows the brand to scale across multiple formulations while maintaining clarity and consistency. The website was designed to communicate CWL’s formulation expertise while presenting the company as a modern and forward-looking partner for brands entering the collagen category.
